Originally from New Zealand, now an honorary Irishman, Clayton has spent the last 12 years working in some of Ireland's leading advertising agencies. Clayton has worked with BBDO Dublin since 2013, where his campaigns have been recognised globally at festivals including Cannes Lion, EPICA, D&AD, Kinsale Sharks and numerous inclusions in Luerzers Archive. Clayton's work for the Road Safety Authority of Ireland has also been praised internationally by advertising trade bibles including Adweek and Advertising Age.
Outside of Adland Clayton still expects someday to be called up to play for the All Blacks and seems to spend most of his free time trying to convince his daughters that he is in fact "cool".
