According to Eric Idle of Monty Python, “Glen is a seven-foot Scotsman with a wooden leg whom I met Frog Rolling on an Eskimo trip in Northern Greenland.” Believe what you will. That’s the point. His pictures have taken the viewer deep into make-believe worlds that look real. Glen's signature style of “improbable realities” has earned an international client base and the following of photography collectors.
Discovered by the music industry while he was a student at Art Center College of Design, Glen created hundreds of album covers before turning 30, working with artists ranging from Michael Jackson to Van Halen. Legendary (m)ad man, Ed McCabe, brought him into the world of advertising for the reboot of the iconic Maxell campaign in the early ’90s. Since then, Glen has worked on countless award-winning campaigns for top international brands including Acura, Allstate, Adobe, Electronic Arts, Epson, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Capital One, and Jeep. He also created iconic photographic film logos for the Star Wars Trilogy and Batman Forever, and corporate logos for Universal Pictures and Geffen Records.
Internationally recognized as one of the original artists to incorporate digital imaging technology into the creative process, Glen is widely regarded as a leader in the field. His work has been profiled in many publications including Communication Arts, French PHOTO, Creativity, Los Angeles Times, Apple Pro Stories, Digital Photo Pro, Black & White Photo, and Adobe Photoshop Innovators Spotlight.
