Artistic Practice
Olga Nikishova is a Los Angeles–based fine art photographer whose practice explores structure, repetition, and the fragile systems underlying human identity and collective experience.
Working across staged still life, conceptual portraiture, and photographic collage, she examines themes of order and disruption, voice and silence, sameness and difference.
Her recent series investigate repetition as both comfort and constraint — visual systems that appear stable but reveal subtle fractures upon closer viewing.
