"It took me six visits to finally see Bardenas Reales like this.\r\nEvery other time, I was greeted by endless blue skies and a merciless sun — beautiful in its own way, but never what I truly wanted.\r\n\r\nThis time, though, the forecast looked promising. Clouds began to form across the desert, and for once, I felt that spark of hope that maybe, just maybe, the sky would deliver.\r\nAnd it did — far beyond my expectations.\r\n\r\nAs the sun touched the horizon, everything exploded in color: gold, crimson, violet. I set up my tripod and captured a 180° panorama, framing Castildetierra at the center and using the cracked desert textures as a foreground to guide the eye through the image.\r\n\r\nIt’s a composition I knew well from previous attempts, but this time everything aligned — experience, light, timing, and that feeling of finally witnessing the place at its best.\r\n\r\nI think the most rewarding photographs are the ones you’ve had to wait for."
