Vita brevis ars longa The main direction of my work is photographing still lifes reflecting the abundance and diversity of forms of the world. To contemplate a harmonious composition of flowers or fruits, a beautifully laid table is a feast for the eyes and a joy for the soul. I arrange the composition of my photographs so that the viewer can enjoy the plasticity of lines, color and harmony of each petal of a flower, stem, berry or branch. With the help of contrasting lighting and a neutral dark background, I emphasize the perfection of forms, how many interesting things are hidden in every detail. But for me, bouquets, vegetables or fruits are more than just beautiful objects on the table. Plants and fruits are characters who have feelings, their own character, age, their own special view of the world. They communicate with each other, have their own family and pedigree. The warmth with which I treat what I shoot makes my photos so recognizable. My photo compositions remind the viewer that sometimes it\'s worth slowing down the pace of your life, enjoying the moment, taking a closer look at everyday things, learning to see their perfection anew and through this to find peace and mental balance.
