Asma Humayun is a creative visionary and global storyteller, drawing on almost 20 years at the forefront of campaigns that not only connect but create change. Her work spans brand campaigns and advocacy films that have shifted public perception, influenced policy, and sparked cultural conversations — all at the intersection of creativity, impact, and social purpose.
As Global Creative Director and Senior Producer at Shiny Toy Guns, Pakistan’s only female-owned, service-based production house, Asma has led award-winning campaigns for top global brands and humanitarian organisations. Her work has earned major international acclaim, including Pakistan’s first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Good, a Glass Lion for change and gender empowerment, and Best of Show at The One Show. She has also been recognised by the Clios, Andys, D&AD, Dubai Lynx, Loeries, Effies, Mad Stars, LIA, and others.
In The One Club Global Creative Rankings 2025, Asma was acknowledged as the leading director in Asia Pacific and ranked highest in the Best of Non-Profit and Print & Promotional disciplines.
She has also been named among Campaign Magazine’s Women to Watch Asia-Pacific and included in Campaign UK’s 40 Over 40 — accolades that celebrate creative leaders whose vision, achievements, and impact continue to shape the industry. Additionally, she made history as the first Pakistani filmmaker to serve on both the Cannes Lions Jury and the Spikes Asia Film Craft Jury.
Now based in the UK, Asma continues to collaborate with global brands, agencies, and content studios to tell bold, culturally resonant stories that go beyond the screen to inspire minds, hearts, policy, and progress.
