"The initial idea for this project was the thought that fashion and beauty photography often emerges from the projected imagination of the photographer - using the model as a canvas. Here, the body will be measured and analyzed, painted wildly upon or attached to photographic memories. In the darkness the body will only be constructed as far as the projection allows - the emerging torso reminds willingly of ancient statues and leaves room for interpretation."
