"Opening up a surface of concrete can reveal new ways of looking at a yellow facade, which I photographed somewhere in Holland. Sometimes somewhere in my mind I get a wish to see something like this and it can be a wonderful process to visualise this desire using photographic material. The yellow and white accents around some of the circular holes added some playfulness to it all, just like my son who is passing beneath."
