"Ocean Boulevard is the title that popped up in my head while playing with the details of a building in Amsterdam. The curved shapes of the balconies in combination with the white railings reminded me of a beachside hotel or maybe even a cruise ship. To enlarge the feeling of waves at sea, I duplicated the smaller original photo in such a way that the rhythmic waves were increasing and decreasing all over the image."
