"Mt. Asama is an active volcano that has repeatedly erupted from 50,000 years ago to the present.\r\nAn ancient book 1000 years ago describes the eruption.\r\n\r\nRime on trees called snow monsters forms on Mt. Asama in winter.\r\n\r\nThe weather is often bad on Mt. Asama in winter, and it is rare that it will be sunny like this time.\r\nBy using a fisheye lens, the \"monster\" was distorted and its presence was increased.\r\n\r\nI cropped the photo. The aim is to make the snow monsters symmetrical and not to make the sky too wide.\r\n\r\nThe following processing was applied in photoshop.\r\nRemoved the blue cover of the snow.\r\nSaturation and contrast have been reduced to dilute the presence of the sky.\r\nThe contrast was increased to enhance the presence of Mt. Asama."
