"‘Beauty In Dark II’ is part of a six image mini-series inspired by the devastating 2020 summer bushfires Australia endured. The charcoal wood, the focal point of the images was sourced from washed up debris at beaches weeks after the fires were under control, this gave light to the long recovery still facing all those directly affected. \r\n\r\nThe motivation was to visually create something that showed strength from the devastating events of recent times."
