"This is not a painting or a cutout of a little man that I placed on top of a building. Instead, it is a straight photo of one building in front of another building. The building in the foreground crops off 90% of a Colonel Sanders restaurant sign which sits behind the foreground building. The only part of the sign we see is the very top of the sign, which is the silhouetted image of Colonel Sanders. Because the image is shot with a telephoto lens, it gives the illusion as if a very little man is actually standing on top of the foreground building. Shot in Miami Beach in 1973."
