"This is an actual local government building in Almere (a town near Amsterdam). The walls are covered by metalic coloured foil in different shades of red, yellow and green. The appearance is always changing due to different light conditions throughout the day. I took this photo shortly after the rain, so also the reflections join the game of watching the light."
