Madelief de Korte (b.2000) is a Dutch photographer based in the Netherlands. She studied photography at SintLucas Eindhoven from 2016 to 2020. She then pursued a bachelor\'s degree in photography at the LUCA School of Arts (Narafi) in Brussels, graduating with Magna Cum Laude in 2023. Madelief’s art is distinguished by its abstraction, minimalism, attention to detail, and storytelling. Much of her work is inspired by her life experiences or dreams. Her work has been exhibited in various places such as Amsterdam, Gent, Leuven, Brussels, Berlin, Paris and Africa. Besides exhibitions she also gives inspiring lectures and teaches photography at high schools. She has already won multiple awards for her fine art photography, including recent recognition from the Federation of European Professional Photographers, where she secured first place and was awarded the title of FEP Young Photographer of the Year 2024.
