Rebeka Legovic was born in Rijeka (Croatia) in 1980. She is a journalist, an editor and a host on RTV Slovenija, but also an award winning photographer. She started her photographic path in 2010. At the moment she is mostly interested in fashion and modern architecture and is prone to unusual minimalistic compositions with which she accomplishes a special metaphysical atmosphere. In 2017 she presented her photographic work at the solo exhibition »Chronicles of own realism« in Rijeka (Croatia). One of the photos from the architecture series was selected in 2017 for the international exhibition »Women & Photography« dedicated to the most influential women photographers of XX and XXI century. Her work has received numerous prizes and awards at the most famous international photography competitions including Fine Art Photography Awards, PX3 Paris Photo Prize, Julia Margaret Cameron Awards, One Eyeland Photography Awards, Urban Photo Awards, and many others. In 2019 and 2020 in New York, she won the title »Advertising Photographer of the Year« at the prestigious IPA International Photography Awards. Rebeka’s images have been exhibited in Italy, Spain, France, UK, Austria, China, United States, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Japan, Serbia.
